Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Operations role based in Knoxville. This position handles receiving, storing, and shipping, contributing to a smooth flow of products to customers and patients.

You will perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, with training provided on site. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within Cardinal Health.

Qualifications

Basic physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
Flexible to work overtime as needed.
Follow directions and adapt to priorities.
Good verbal and written communication.
Work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas/attendance.
Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Must read/write English to process documents.

Responsibilities

Follow established process to fulfill orders.
Accurately pick products, perform QC checks, pack products, prepare orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean, safe environment.
Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment.
Operate equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
