Job summary

Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom kits and pick/pack orders.
• Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers.
• Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose.
• Meet shipment deadlines by adjusting work pace and finishing time.
• Follow Return’s disposition playbook.
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace.
• Input data using computer and SAP/ERP systems.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
