Job summary

Arvato is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. You will perform picking, packing, assembling, and shipping to ensure high-quality order delivery. This role suits those who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and fast-paced environments with ongoing on-the-job training.

Shifts are Monday - Friday. 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm; 3rd shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am. Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and operate an electric pallet jack as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Willing to certify for and use an electric pallet jack.
• Stand, bend, lift and walk for 8+ hours daily.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Able to use RF scanners, keyboards and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight by unloading trailers and counting items.
• Stage outbound freight and organize into outbound lanes.
• Check finished product against quality standards for customers.
• Work independently with urgency to meet shipment deadlines.
• Follow returns disposition playbook and maintain a neat workspace.
• Utilize SAP/ERP and WMS for data inputs and outputs.

Job Description

Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

YOUR TASKS:

• Receive inbound freight by unloading trailers, counting individual items in boxes, restacking pallets and using WMS to place into bays.
• Stage outbound freight by picking items from WMS, transferring items into totes and pallets, and organizing into outbound lanes.
• Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers
• Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose
• Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines
• Follow Returns disposition playbook
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace
• Use of computer and SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs
• Any other task as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment.
• Willing to certify forand use an electric pallet jack.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average liftless than 10 lbs.
• Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator.
• Ability to communicate verbally.
