Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Warehouse Associate in Portland, OR to pick/pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipping readiness. You will operate packing equipment and possibly a forklift, ensuring accurate, damage-free outbound shipments while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include recording order data, labeling shipments per DOT/IATA/IMDG rules, and assisting with cycle counts and quality inspections in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate packing and labeling processes per SOPs.
• Capable of forklift or order picker if required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct product quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Label boxes and pallets with proper shipping labels.
• Record order information on specified forms and documents.
• Inspect containers and products to meet packing specs.
• Contribute to inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready work area.
• Communicate incidents and assist with housekeeping duties.
