Job summary

Venturi Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship materials accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency on a fast-paced shop floor.

You will transport goods, inspect quality, and stock shelves, collaborating with a team to meet daily fulfillment goals and customer deadlines. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer use, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literacy; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail oriented workflow with multiple priorities.
• Physical capability: lift up to 50 lbs and endure outdoor conditions.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials to designated areas using hand dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, or elevators.
• Performs quality inspections on incoming/outgoing materials and products.
• Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory procedures.
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
• Processes all packages for shipping and handles returns.
• Conducts physical inventories; replenishes stock as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and follows safety guidelines.
• Follows company policies and performs additional duties as assigned.
