Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection® is hiring a Warehouse Associate at Grand Canyon South Rim to join the Supply Chain team. You will load, deliver, and unload products to support park operations and lodging facilities.

The role requires a valid Arizona driver’s license within 90 days and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks. We offer housing options, meals, and benefits in a fast-paced environment near the Grand Canyon.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License within 90 days and comply with the Driver Safety Program.
• Ability to perform physical requirements.
• Good written communication and basic math skills.
• Basic Windows-based computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and park an 16-foot delivery truck.
• Assemble and complete daily stock requisitions per delivery schedule.
• Unload and store all incoming deliveries as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Store and rotate perishable products per ServeSafe HACCP guidelines.
• Notify manager of damaged or out‑of‑date items.
• Maintain warehouse and loading dock cleanliness per ServeSafe HACCP.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and check fluids.
• Notify manager when vehicle maintenance is due.
• Follow safety risk management and ergonomic policies.
• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Support other purchasing department duties.

Job Summary:

This position collects and organizes product for delivery. They load, deliver and unload product at specified locations.

The Details:

Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, maneuver, and park a16-footdeliverytruck.
• Safely and accurately assembleandcompletedaily stock requisitionsin accordance withdesignated delivery schedule.
• Off-load and store all incoming deliveries as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Store products and rotate perishable productsin accordance withServeSafeHACCP guidelines.
• Notify managerof items thatarevisiblydamaged, out ofdateor other signs that the product may be unacceptable to receive.
• Responsible to help assure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading dock, assuring all areas are cleaned according toServeSafeHACCP guidelines.
• Responsible formaintainingaclean delivery vehicle, checking vital fluid and fuel levelson every use.
• NotifyManagerwhen planned vehicle maintenance isdued and/or necessary repairs are needed for safety.
• Adhere to all safety risk management and ergonomic policies in carrying outduties.
• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Support all other purchasing department duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least six months ofpreviouswarehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Possessor obtainvalid Arizona Driver’s Licensewithin90 daysandcomply withthecompany Driver Safety Program.
• Must be able toperformphysical requirements.
• Good written communication skills, plus basic math skills.
• Basic understanding of Windows based computer software.
• Willingness to workearly mornings, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements include:

Constantly: Stand, walk, handle, reach outward/above shoulders, squat/kneel, bend, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull over 100 lbs.

Frequently: Climb, lift/carry up to 100 lbs.

Occasionally: Sit, lift/carry over 100 lbs.
