Work Arrangement: Onsite

Hours: First Shift Monday - Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Position Summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Warehouse General Labor / Backup Delivery Driver. This role involves warehouse operations, material handling, and serving as a backup truck driver when needed. The candidate should be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide support for both warehouse and delivery operations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Receiving and Shipping Warehouse Logistics Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate and safe handling of products
• Organize and store products for easy access and inventory management
• Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Assist in inventory checks and maintaining accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols
• Assist in organizing and labeling inventory for efficient stock management
• Perform other general labor duties as required by the warehouse manager

Skills Requirements and Specifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or general labor preferred
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and delivery tracking
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels; ability to sit and drive for long periods when acting as a backup truck driver
