Job summary

Grainger is hiring onsite Warehouse Associates for an overnight shift at our Bordentown, NJ distribution center. You will unload, sort, label, and pack items, ensuring fast, accurate shipping and compliance with safety standards.

Role reports to a DC Supervisor/Process Manager. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Benefits start day one and total pay is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs, occasionally to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• For PIE operators: operate Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is [[cust_payrangemin - [[cust_payrangemax. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to [[cust_stippercent % or $ [[Cust_stipdollar, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

You will report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other Warehouse Associates.

Join us at our state‑of‑the‑art 1.3 million square‑foot distribution center! 400 Bordentown Hedding Rd, Bordentown, NJ 08505.

Shift

Overnight shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 pm start time (Powered Equipment Operators wanted ONLY)

TOTAL PAY: $22 per hour!

You Will

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.

You Have

• Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment, and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Great attention to detail, quality, and safety.
