Compensation: This position is hourly, starting at $22/hour with three raises within 12 months, increasing to $23.20/hour. Additional pay of $1/hour is available for powered industrial equipment operators and for working overnight shifts.

Join Our Team?

We are hiring Distribution Center Associates to join our team at our new 400,000 sq. ft. warehouse located at 1051 Carson Ct., Easton PA 18045. You will report to the DC Supervisor or Process Manager and work closely with other team members.

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 9:15 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete warehouse tasks safely, including trailer unloading, receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and labeling with high quality.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working on your feet in environments with heat, cold, noise, and dust, around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team.
• Physical ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• *For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment such as Pacer/Dock Truck, Straddle Reach Truck, OP/Cherry Picker, Turret/Swing Reach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service environments.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
