Job summary

We Ship Express is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Saint Charles, MO facility. You will play a key role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized warehouse. Expect a Friday–Sunday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow warehouse experience and advance within a growing company.

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
• Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
• Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequently use hands to handle, grasp, and move products

• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
