We Ship Express, a nationwide provider of warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services serving wine, beer, and spirits, invites dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at our St. Charles facility.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help receive, prepare, and ship customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. If you're motivated, dependable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products.
• Verify order accuracy through quality inspections.
• Assist with cross‑docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions.
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management.
