Job summary

Wilmington Rubber and Gasket, a division of Singer Industrial, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Wilmington, NC to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and packing rubber, gasket, hose, and related products.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the warehouse, operating forklifts or pallet jacks as needed, and upholding safety policies; strong teamwork and reliable attendance are

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and label products accurately.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with staff and drivers.
