Job summary

Atlantic Tire Distributors in Wilmington, NC is hiring General Warehouse Workers/Fill-in Delivery Drivers. Responsibilities include moving tires, loading/unloading, operating a forklift, and potentially driving a delivery truck on routes when needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Must follow safety rules and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and related equipment to load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse.
• Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damages.
• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine assignments.
• Record numbers of units handled or moved using daily production sheets or scanners.
• Maintain a neat and organized warehouse area and comply with safety requirements.
