Job summary

Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our shipping and receiving team in Norwood, NJ. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, shipping with FedEx and freight carriers, reviewing paperwork, receiving shipments, stocking materials, and maintaining inventory records. Forklift experience is preferred, with training offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred, but training provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and ship orders using FedEx and freight carriers.
• Print shipping labels and required paperwork.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Stock materials in assigned warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate a forklift to move and stock materials.
• Complete basic shipping and inventory transactions using our computer system.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
