Job summary

QUICK USA in Springfield Gardens, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload goods, receive and store items, ship, and maintain accurate on-hand records. You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, weigh cargo, and ensure quality control so no damaged product leaves the warehouse.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00 with possible overtime and Saturday shifts. Salary is $50K–$55K, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack operation
• Quality control and damage prevention
• Documentation and records management

Responsibilities

• Unload products and materials from truck
• Receive and store goods in warehouse
• Shrink wrap, box, label for shipping
• Stage finished product for loading
• Weigh and measure cargo
• Follow SOP for inbound/outbound and issue On Hand report
• Ensure product quality and no damage
• Operate forklift and pallet jack
• Send notification reports to overseas
• Respond to overseas emails and take action
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly logs
• Prepare documentation for Operation Dept
• Assist staff with policy-related issues
• Meet department productivity goals
• Serve as department representative on committees
• Other duties as assigned
