Job summary

QUICK USA in Springfield Gardens, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload goods, receive and store items, ship, and maintain accurate on-hand records. You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, weigh cargo, and ensure quality control so no damaged product leaves the warehouse.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00 with possible overtime and Saturday shifts. Salary is $50K–$55K, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack
• Send notification reports to overseas
• Respond to overseas emails and take action
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly logs
• Prepare documentation for Operation Dept
• Assist staff with policy-related issues
• Meet department productivity goals
• Serve as department representative on committees
• Other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate （Tentative）

Essential Duties

• Unload products and materials from truck.
• Receive and store the goods to the designated area in w/h.
• Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling for shipping.
• Stage finished product for loading.
• Weigh and measure cargo.
• Following SOP of inbound / outbound /warehousing and issue On Hand report accordingly.
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is to be sent out.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Send notification report to overseas by e-mail.
• Respond the e-mails from overseas and take an necessary action.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly logs.
• Prepare the documentation and hand over to the Operation Dept.
• Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
• Assist to meet department productivity goals.
• Serve on committees and teams as department representative.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Hours / Working style

Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00

Possibility of overtime on weekdays and occasional Saturday shifts
