Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports outbound orders, palletizing, RF scanning, receiving and stocking materials, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe and accident-free; follow PPE safety rules.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
