Job summary

Lactalis USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Brattleboro, VT facility. The role supports multiple departments by moving ingredients and packaging materials, loading finished goods, and ensuring accurate material handling.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and truck, pulling orders per the production schedule, and maintaining proper stock rotations in a cold storage environment. HS diploma and valid license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current/Valid Driver's License.
• 6–12 months experience driving a box truck preferred.
• 6–12 months experience driving a stand-up forklift.
• Previous experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and truck in a fast-paced environment.
• Pull orders of packaging, raw material, and ingredients per production schedule.
• Load finished goods onto trailers in order and ensure proper staging and timing.
• Check codes, labels, and quantities for accuracy and rotate stock as needed.
• Transport and store pallets; perform other tasks as assigned.
• Work in a cold storage warehouse environment.
