Job summary

Lactalis USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Brattleboro, VT. The role involves moving ingredients and packaging materials to support production and distribution, with forklift operations and safe handling of goods.

Primary duties include loading/unloading trailers, staging products, and ensuring correct dating and rotation. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and experience with forklifts and driving a box truck.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Current / Valid Driver's License.
• 6–12 months experience driving a box truck.
• 6–12 months experience driving a standup forklift.
• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and truck in a fast-paced environment.
• Pull and stage orders of packaging, raw materials and ingredients according to production schedule.
• Load finished goods onto trailers in the correct sequence and rotate stock as needed.
• Ensure proper code dates, labels, and carton integrity in staging areas.
