Job summary

Lactalis USA in Brattleboro, VT seeks a Warehouse Associate. Join a world-leading dairy company and support production by handling forklift operations, material staging, and order fulfillment in a cold storage environment.

Shift: Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm; Hourly Rate: $21.00. This role offers a Total Rewards program with benefits, retirement contributions, and education reimbursement. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure codes date accuracy and efficient loadouts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current valid driver's license.
• 6–12 months experience driving a box truck.
• 6–12 months experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Previous dairy processing or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with RAF and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and truck in a fast-paced environment.
• Pull orders of packaging, raw material and ingredients per production schedule.
• Pull orders of finished goods and load on trailer per load sheet.
• Review available products by code date to assure proper rotation.
• Ensure products for production are staged with correct codes and rotation.
• Check staging areas for codes, labels, short fills, missing cartons, leaks.
• Transport and store pallets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Must work in cold storage warehouse.
