Blue Ocean Inc. is a leading third-party logistics provider in North America. We seek a Warehouse Associate to help receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments, and to pick, pack, and ship orders with precision.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in warehousing, forklift experience, and can read/write in English and Chinese. The role runs Monday–Friday with a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth within our logistics network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Chinese.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and register inbound shipments accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading equipment.
• Sort, stock, replenish, and organize inventory per procedures.
• Follow orders to pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments.
• Perform outbound shipping duties and verify order accuracy.
• Use warehouse systems for data entry and inventory updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations as needed.
