Job summary

Fortune East is seeking an energetic warehouse worker to receive and dispatch merchandise and to load and unload delivery vehicles. You will select products, move inventory to the delivery area, and secure goods on pallets, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to operate forklift.
• Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
• Physically strong, agile, and dexterous; not deterred by heights or adverse conditions.
• Strong people skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work area.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Accept and count inventory on receipt.
• Inspect inventory for damage; report issues.
• Mark and label stock; store inventory properly.
• Build loads on pallets; operate forklift and pallet jack.
