Job summary

InProduction is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to handle shipments, inspect incoming goods, and prepare orders for dispatch in a fast-paced production environment. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, basic equipment maintenance, and occasional site work for structure assembly or teardown.

Candidates should be diligent, able to work overtime, and capable of standing for long periods. Proficiency with hand tools and safety procedures is required or preferred; forklift

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
• Forklift experience and license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically.
• Check products for defects and accuracy.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Inspect machinery for maintenance needs and perform basic upkeep.
• Unload materials and stack to assigned places.
• Pull orders from shelves, place and secure onto pallets.
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance.
• Ensure safety measures are followed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keep area clean at shift end.
• May assist on local job-sites with building/teardown of structures.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks such as drilling and cutting as required.
