Job summary

U-Haul is seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our Cypress, TX facility. You will operate an 8,000-lb forklift and load/unload containers for delivery to a storage facility, ensuring timely delivery.

You will assist customers with the sale of support items, use online dispatch and rental systems, perform inspections, and keep the warehouse clean and secure. The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Must comply with local, state and federal regulations while driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8,000-lb forklift or truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers onto/off truck beds for delivery to/from storage facility.
• Ensure timely delivery and provide customer assistance with sales of support items.
• Use online dispatch and rental systems; perform customer-ready inspections of U‑Box containers.
• Prepare, receive and provide documentation for delivery or pickup of goods.
• Maintain a clean, dry and secure warehouse environment.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
