Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate at American Health Packaging in Columbus, OH. The role supports pharma packaging operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and inventory controls while training and mentoring newer teammates.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay of $24. Overtime may be required. This is a full-time position emphasizing teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution ops, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related field.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including reach trucks, picker machines, forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage orders; assist with training of associates; manage inventory and shipping tasks.
• Verify received merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized storage areas; use RF devices for data entry and order fulfillment.
• Perform daily inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution; back up lead duties as needed.
