Job summary

Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver to support loading/unloading, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and warehouse workflow.

The role requires operating forklift and box truck, performing counts, maintaining inventory, and using ERP and MS Office tools. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comply with GMPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload incoming/outgoing freight.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and loads.
• Label, count, and mark shipments correctly.
• Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Organize Finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse.
• Support production and shipping/receiving needs.
