Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound shipments and warehouse production. You will assist loading, labeling, inventory cycles, and material handling.

Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills are required; forklift experience is preferred. Occasional box truck driving may be needed. This role emphasizes safety, quality control, and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work productively alone or as part of a team.
• Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Assist loading/unloading of incoming/outgoing freight.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and loads safely.
• Ensure shipments are counted, labeled, and stickered correctly.
• Assist in cycle counts for inventory audits.
• Proactively organize Finished goods and Raw materials.
• Maintain supplies and inventory per company needs.
• Operate forklift and wrapping machine safely.
• Conduct internal production orders in ERP system.
• Drive or operate a box truck as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
