Job summary

Stelle in Hayward, CA is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to unload/load, sort, and manage parcel flow in a fast-paced environment. This role includes forklift/order picker operation and pallet moves, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will perform picking from pallets, ensure items are properly labeled and logged, and assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as required. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift/high-reach or order picker experience preferred (training provided).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player who can adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift/order picker to perform picking and kitting operations.
• Pick accurately to work orders (SKU/Qty/LOT as applicable).
• Perform case/each picking from pallets, with secondary sorting as needed.
• Ensure merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, and logged.
• Handle cartons and pallets; perform packaging, labeling, and shipping while ensuring system records match physical inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound quantities.
• Perform inventory checks, part-number verification, cycle counts, and support physical inventories.
