Job summary

ASSISTANCE ET MAITRISE TECHNIQUE in Hayward, CA is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will load and unload packages, sort boxes, and help verify inventory while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy furniture, and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed. Prior forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum of previous warehouse experience desired.
• Experience working with furniture preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with heavy furniture.
• Flexibility to working past quitting time to get the job done.
• Detailed record keeping.
• Previous Forklift Certification/Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading packages/boxes (furniture) in our fast-paced environment
• Sorting packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, etc.
• Assisting in verifying inventory quantity and inventory level maintenance
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
• Operating warehouse equipment in a safe manner
