Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Indiana to perform order picking, forklift operation, and staging of goods. You will review pick lists, assemble orders, and help maintain clean aisles.

This role requires basic math for inventory, reading instructions, clear communication, and strict safety practices. You will also support inventory audits, loading/unloading shipments, and handling purchase orders, returns, and carrier documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic inventory counts using math.
• Ability to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to operate forklift safely.
• Ability to operate RFGen Gun.

Responsibilities

• Review regular orders (paper) and Pick Lists (RF Gen) to pick materials and assemble in staging.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections and escalate repairs.
• Assist in annual inventory audit; count products and log results.
• Load/ unload orders, receive shipments, resolve PO discrepancies, and coordinate returns.
