Badgerland Supply, Inc. in Madison is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle maintenance, shipping/receiving, storage, and delivery setup. You will prepare orders, organize inventory, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs, operate warehouse machinery, and work both independently and with a team. If you enjoy hands-on logistics and good communication, this is a fit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3+ years experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with leadership when needed.
• Strong communication, integrity and customer-service mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull materials and place in area for pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls to minimize damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize warehouse and manage bin locations; promote high standards of customer service; lift 50 lbs; wear PPE and operate equipment.
• Operate a forklift.
