Job summary

Badger is hiring a warehouse associate to pull orders for city and route customers, stage orders, and load/unload trucks. You will maintain a clean, safe work area and stock products, delivering reliable service with accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift experience preferred, and basic computer skills. Excellent customer service and a positive attitude are essential as you work with contractors and route customers.

Qualifications

• Warehouse and order pulling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for contractor customers (delivered and customer pick up); excellent customer service required.
• Pull orders for route customers; route orders are prepared for loading with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Stage orders for loading; palletize if needed and shrink wrap.
• Band when appropriate.
• Use forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Stock products.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
