Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Wisconsin Monona area. This role involves compiling orders, replenishing stock, moving merchandise, and assisting customers both on the sales floor and to vehicles.

A forklift is used, and safety and accuracy are emphasized in a fast-paced environment. Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, basic math, warehouse and customer service experience, and forklift qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.

• Restock our show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products as needed and answer customer questions.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
