Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, and delivery setup. Responsibilities include safety compliance, accurate order picking, inventory control, and maintaining efficient bin locations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking, and operating warehouse equipment; experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place for customer pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory controls to minimize damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish and promote high standards of customer service.
• Operate warehouse machinery and forklift as needed.
