Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle warehouse maintenance, shipping and receiving, storage, inventory organization, and delivery preparation. The role supports safe and efficient operations on-site at the Norfolk facility.

The position requires basic reading/writing, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with forklift experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance per company policies.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging for pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize warehouse and manage bin locations for efficiency.
• Provide high standards of customer service in daily operations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated per standards.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Assist with product storage, material handling and delivery setup.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
