Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a warehouse team member in Abilene, TX to load/unload materials and support branch operations. You will operate a forklift and overhead crane, inspect equipment, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain forklift/crane certification, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds routinely. This is a full-time on-site role at the Abilene facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Perform material and product loading and unloading activities; operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage; assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management including daily ERP updates.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in moving inventory within and among workstations.
• Comply with safety requirements and PPE.
