Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our St. Joseph, MO branch. This role involves off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts, while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include safe operation of forklift, inventory maintenance, cycle counts, and timely paperwork. Candidates must follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and may need forklift certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification within 30 days or ability to obtain
• Basic computer/data entry skills required
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer materials
• Receive items per procedures and stock in assigned locations
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts
• Prepare and complete paperwork and transactions accurately
• Ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed on every shift
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed
• Follow SOPs and company policies
