Position Overview

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily activities in our Miami Gardens warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory control, team coordination, and compliance with pharmacy supply standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies for internal and client needs.
• Monitor inventory levels for accuracy and uninterrupted pharmacy operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for billing and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to maximize storage efficiency.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, in compliance with safety regulations.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks to optimize workflow and delivery schedules.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational goals and resolve supply chain issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Associate role.
• Forklift and heavy equipment operation certification with at least 3 years of stand-up forklift experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with warehouse management systems; ShipBob experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, and quality control.
• Leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment, with professionalism and clear communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and night shifts.

Work Environment

• 100% on-site position based in Miami Gardens.
• Non-climatized warehouse environment with occasional loud noise exposure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing.
• Use of computers, mobile devices, and warehouse scanning systems required.

Pay Range

$18—$19 USD per hour.
