Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform duties such as receiving, loading, unloading, counting, and palletizing goods to support internal and external customers.

The role requires basic math, reading, and writing skills, plus forklift experience and the ability to work in a non climate-controlled setting. Training and safety basics are emphasized to ensure accurate loads and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass forklift skills assessment.
• Minimum six months forklift experience preferred.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Able to read and understand product labels and load tickets.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Counts goods returned by sales and delivery personnel.
• Interacts with automation systems and voice pick, paper tickets, or WMS as required.
• Identifies machine faults and troubleshoots system errors.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Performs safety checks on machinery and janitorial tasks as needed.
• May handle yard switching and pallet loading.
