Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Spokane, WA. This role supports efficient warehouse operations and career growth in a well-structured facility, with a focus on safety and quality.

Position is 6 months+ with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, expecting physical tasks and pallet handling as part of daily duties. Adecco offers benefits with this assignment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (1 pm - 8 pm) and perform pallet building/packaging.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process all incoming shipments with proper documentation.
• Perform quality assurance inspections to maintain product standards.
• Relocate stock and manage backorders within warehouse locations.
• Prepare and package materials for shipment, including labeling and weighing.
• Assist loading trucks and prepare bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and pick tickets.
• Inspect returned materials prior to processing credits/restocking.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; assemble/disassemble racks as needed.
• Administer preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Record customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage counter stock levels and assist with over-the-counter sales when needed.

Warehouse Associate

Join the team at Adecco as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring the seamless movement of goods. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a well-organized facility dedicated to safety, quality, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation within compnay computer system.

• Perform quality assurance inspections to maintain high product standards.

• Segregate backorders and place received materials into designated warehouse locations, relocating and consolidating stock as needed.

• Prepare and package materials for shipment, including weighing, labeling, and assembling orders for delivery.

• Assist with loading trucks, preparing bills of lading, and ensuring timely dispatch.

• Maintain accurate local delivery records and complete pick tickets efficiently.

• Conduct inspections of returned materials prior to processing credit memos, returns, or restocking.

• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and organized, including assembling/disassembling racks and shelves.

• Administer preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles to ensure safety and optimal functionality.

• Record customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions, providing excellent customer service.

• Manage counter stock levels and assist with over-the-counter sales when needed.

Work Environment & Conditions:

• This role is based in a warehouse setting, generally well-ventilated and illuminated.

• Employees may work outdoors in various weather conditions and are expected to wear protective clothing.

• Operating heavy equipment is required, with strict safety protocols in place.

Pay Details:

$23.00 per hour
