Thistle Health Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vacaville, CA, to support receiving, storage, and staging of materials, while maintaining accurate records and supporting production.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse receiving and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in cold environments. Applicants must have a high school diploma, be familiar with GMP manufacturing practices, and obtain a State Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse receiving experience.
• Able to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Proficient in using scales, box cutters, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store materials, maintaining records of movements and stock levels.
• Conduct weekly inventory assessments and ensure FIFO rotation for perishables.
• Pull and prepare materials for production; monitor ingredient use and weigh, label, and package items accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and stage materials.
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate pickups, returns, and shortages; collaborate with procurement to resolve issues.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations during inventory activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the plant.
