Job summary

This role requires 2+ years in warehouse receiving, ability to work in cold environments, and a detail-oriented mindset. You'll collaborate with production, procurement, and QA to ensure quality and efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
2+ years of warehouse receiving experience, preferably in food production.
Comfortable working in cold environments and standing for long periods.
Forklift certification preferred.
Food handlers certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store products; ensure invoices match purchase orders.
Update receiving docs and inventory records in Galley and related systems.
Maintain FIFO and rotate products in cold storage daily.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, QA, and Facilities to resolve shortages and pricing discrepancies.
Conduct inventory counts and support cycle counts; assist in quality checks.
Logistics coordination and accurate data entry for WMS transactions.
