Qualifications

• 3–6 months of warehouse or similar experience.
• Team player with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Ability to operate or learn forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running by delivering raw materials and moving finished products.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Stage, label, and organize orders with accuracy.
• Track inventory and transactions using Sage.
• Support production kitchens with needed supplies.
• Assist with cycle counts and empty storage areas.
• Perform equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow food safety and safety standards (USDA, OSHA, HACCP, PPE).
• Step in to support the team and keep operations moving.
