Job summary

Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced DC Freezer Associate A to join our Distribution Center team in Buffalo, NY. This role supports daily warehouse and freezer operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and guiding teammates when the Supervisor is unavailable.

The position offers leadership development and a focus on freezer compliance with USDA/OSHA/HACCP standards, while promoting a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse and inventory experience.
• Forklift certification required; Rosina provides certification in-house.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and plan daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist with shuttle operations and appointment scheduling.
• Select, stage, verify, and label customer orders.
• Safely load and unload trailers and complete required documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate product put-away and inventory documentation.
• Support Warehouse with daily operational needs and train teammates.
