Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and inventory experience.
• Forklift certification is required (Rosina provides certification in-house).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, freezer environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist with shuttle operations and appointment scheduling.
• Select, stage, verify, and label customer orders.
• Safely load/unload trailers and complete documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Train and guide team members and support supervisor when off duty.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
