Shift Schedule & Pay

Monday to Thursday from 6:30AM - 5:30PM

Responsibilities

As a warehouse associate, your daily tasks will include receiving parts from suppliers, shipping products to customers, opening boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, using barcode scanners, operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, and other warehouse-related tasks. Additional duties may include:

• Safely selecting, lifting, and moving parts up to 40 pounds from various heights.
• Working at heights exceeding 20-30 feet.
• Loading small parcel carriers with mobile equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness through housekeeping activities.
• Sorting and staging products for warehouse put-away.
• Verifying the accuracy and quality of received materials.
• Replenishing parts in bins and racks.
• Concepting parts to fit locations.

This position requires prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours, lifting up to 40 lbs, and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Cross-training in different warehouse areas is available based on business needs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and understanding skills.
• Possess basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Minimum 1 year operating mobile equipment like forklifts, order selectors, reach trucks.
