Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, and preparing freight for delivery at our Kapolei, HI facility. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The position owns duties from reviewing freight counts against manifests to daily trailer inventory and pre-loading of trucks, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour. Onsite work and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with freight, pallets and manifests.
• Able to identify, sort and organize freight per manifests and orders.
• Attention to detail when reviewing freight for accuracy and counts.
• Safe loading/unloading with safety procedures.
• Complete manifest paperwork clearly for each piece/pallet.
• Experience in basic trailer inventory checks.
• Perform daily forklift pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse workspace.
• Able to perform hands-on tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordinated ops.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and organize freight on pallets per manifests and orders.
• Review freight for accuracy and verify shipment counts against documentation.
• Document missing or damaged freight and photograph when needed.
• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Complete manifest paperwork for each piece or pallet.
• Conduct daily trailer inventory and maintain records.
• Assist with pre-loading bobtail trucks for timely departures.
• Perform forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment per safety standards.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by leadership.
