Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution center operations in the United States. The role involves loading, unloading, picking, putting away, consolidating, stacking and staging automotive parts and other materials.

You may operate equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools. Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Cherry picker, forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Experience picking and processing orders accurately.
• Ability to receive and check inbound shipments and complete required documentation.
• Comfortable performing inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic data entry.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties and assist wherever needed based on business volume.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods in the distribution center.
• Pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage automotive parts and other materials.
• Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments.
• Count inventory, perform cycle counts, and manage data entry.
