Job summary

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing team. You will receive, store, and distribute products; maintain inventory accuracy; and help ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, and collaborating with teammates to meet shipping goals. Prior forklift experience and a comfort with heights up to 30 ft are a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspection: receive shipments, inspect for accuracy and document discrepancies.
• Storage and organization: store products safely and efficiently; maintain organized spaces.
• Order picking and packing: accurately pick, label, and prepare items for shipment.
• Inventory management: perform counts and maintain stock records; report discrepancies.
• Quality assurance: handle products with care following safety and quality standards.
• Safety: follow protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Equipment operation: safely operate forklifts and related equipment; conduct basic checks.
• Collaboration: coordinate with teammates to meet production and shipping goals.
