Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders in a fast-paced Phoenix facility. Responsibilities include using material handling equipment, sorting items for storage, staging orders for packing, and ensuring accuracy through QA checks.

The role requires attention to detail and efficient teamwork to meet shipping deadlines. Candidates should be comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and be able to move goods between staging areas

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship customer orders.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Sort items onto racks/shelves per predetermined sequence.
• Move products from staging to trailers for shipment.
• Assemble orders from stock and stage for packing, then convey to packing/shipping.
• Perform QA checks for equipment readiness and accuracy.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number
• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders
• Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders
  • Performs QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy
